Home made kebap with yogurt - Yoğurtlu Ev Kebabı

Ingredients

250 gr.mince
4 arabian pies
2 glass of water yogurt
1 medium onion
Black pepper
Salt
Dressing
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried peppermint
2 cloves garlic

Directions

Mix the minced meat with the shredded onion, black pepper and salt. In the meanwhile put your hands in water and knead the meatballs. Put the meatballs in a oilless non – stick frying pan giving them enough space in between for rolling around. Use a spatula to roll them to another side to cook. Transfer the meatballs in to a serving plate. Then heat the pies and put the meatballs into them. Pour the yogurt with the garlic on them.
Before serving it, put some butter in a saucepan and fry the dried peppermint with paprika and pour it all over the kebap. Serve immediately.
